I had large storage unit for 3 months. In those 3 moths, my stuff got wet, and had mouse dropping ALL over just about everything. They even chewed through my stuff ..ruining it. To top it off, the tenant next to me had parties just about every week end. I went there one night and caught him PEEING on my unit! I told the workers about both incidents and they did absolutely nothing .

Shannon, I am so sorry for the problems that you had during your stay with us. I have going back and looked into your account. We were not notified of any mouse or water damage. If so, we would have had the problem fixed as soon as possible. We do our best to keep rodents away, however we don’t have access to customers units unless they let us in to put in the bait. The neighbor in which you speak of was indeed spoken to in regards to their behavior. They were asked to not “hangout” and or block the other units. We have to by rules give 30 days to stop the behavior before we can proceed any further. The letter was sent on August 14th after the 1st complaint on August 10th. Looking back at the access on both units on August 21st (the date of your second complaint) your neighbor was at the unit at 3:32pm and you came in at 3:54pm. Just so happen you came in around the same time. They have stopped the “hanging” out after the letter was sent. If you have any further questions please feel free to call the office.

Wonderful service! Easy to rent the unit, great hours to go to the unit. I even made payments online with no problems! Best Self Storage around!

When you put your URL in, it takes you to 605 Old State Road in NY State!! Not to your location!!!! My Car Has Been in the Shop for 2 Weeks +, I normally come in in person to pay my bill!! There Must be a Better Way to get Directly to your site. Or if You can All Credit Cards May be Made with a simple Phone call to a Secure site I do that with all of my credit cards why Can't Your Company Do that? You could make it Very Easy for People to do Business with you then! Instead of playing Hide & Go Seek Instead!! Please Revise Your System Your Bill is the Hardest Bill I have to Pay!! I have Been Trying to get this Payment To go Thru I have the Right Amount & it not Accepting it!!!
